Exchanges will only be accepted if the required procedures have been followed. The replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been confirmed, so please refrain from purchasing the replacement item first.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
Once your order has been processed, we will begin shipping immediately, so we cannot accept changes, additions, or cancellations to your order. Thank you for your understanding.

The cooling-off period is a system to protect customers from forced sales, such as door-to-door sales. The system does not apply to mail order sales, which customers can fully consider at their own will.
About Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day.
Please note that orders placed after noon will be shipped the next day.
In addition, delivery status emails will be sent to your registered email address or phone number (SMS) between 6:00 and 10:00 p.m. on the day of shipment.
Please refrain from inquiring about the delivery status immediately after placing your order.
If you have not received an email regarding your delivery status, please check the information below and contact us if you have any questions.
Same-day shipping may not be possible for the following reasons:
・When the warehouse is not operating during the New Year holidays, etc. ・When there are incomplete delivery information at the time of your order ・When orders are concentrated during sales periods, etc. ・When the warehouse cannot ship or deliver to the delivery address due to traffic conditions, bad weather, etc. ・When the item is purchased at the same time as a pre-order item ・When multiple items are purchased
For products scheduled to be shipped in the beginning of the month (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), we will ship them between the 1st and the 10th once the products arrive. For products scheduled to be shipped in the middle of the month (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), we will ship them between the 10th and the 20th once the products arrive. For products scheduled to be shipped in the end of the month (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), we will ship them between the 20th and the 31st once the products arrive, according to the above schedule.
