How to Order

Step 1: Access a Japanese Online Store

When you visit a Japanese online store from overseas, the WorldShopping widget will automatically appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
The widget detects your country and automatically switches to your local language (e.g., English, Chinese).

Step 2: Find the Item You Want

Browse the Japanese store and select the product you would like to purchase.

Step 3: Click “Add to Cart”

Click the “Add to Cart” button within the WorldShopping widget.
Note: This is different from the store’s own shopping cart. The cart is managed by WorldShopping.

Step 4: Review Your Cart and Click “Check Out”

Check the items, quantity, and total price in the WorldShopping cart, then click “Check Out” to proceed to checkout.

Step 5: Enter Your Shipping Information

Enter your name, overseas shipping address, phone number, and email address.
Please make sure to enter all information in English.

Step 6: Choose a Payment Method

You can choose from the following international payment methods:

Step 7: Domestic Purchase & Shipping in Japan

WorldShopping will place the order on your behalf with the Japanese store.
Your items will be shipped to WorldShopping’s domestic warehouse, where they will be inspected and repackaged for international shipping.

Step 8: International Shipping & Tracking

Your order will be shipped to your country using EMS, DHL, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once the item has been shipped, and you can check the delivery status online.

Step 9: Delivery to Your Overseas Address

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided.
Please note: Depending on your country, customs duties or local taxes may be charged at the time of delivery.
